There are twists like cars moving backwards, ability to change time flow during gameplay, some cars moving despite player standing still, vehicles moving only when player moves on X or Y axis, ice fields which cause car to slide and bypass other cars motion. There are over 50 levels made based on 3 different biomes (forest-green, winter-snowy, desert). You can also unlock additional cars when progressing the game.
